Tested and clinically proven, just follow the recipe:
1. Saturday dinner, eat asam laksa plus nasi lemak ayam rendang
2. Saturday night before sleep, eat curry mee
3. Then at night sleep for 3 - 4 hours enough
4. Sunday morning eat roti canai
5. Sunday afternoon eat McD
6. Cutting down water for a day
7. Wait for monday morning
8. You got it!

I bought this Nitrotech 1.8kg in GNC, Parkson (OUG) about 2 weeks ago, it is chocolate flavour. I prefer chocolate instead of vanilla or strawberry. The price is around RM380+ after 20% discount. (sometimes they have promotion on Muscletech product up to 30% discount one). After I finished my Horley’s protein two days ago, I open the new Nitrotech after came back from the gym (my house just opposite the gym).
I remember I consumed 2 or 3 bottles of Nitrotech back in year 2004, very quality protein, I like it.
After I open up the seal… why the colour looks different one? Hmm…
Dun care.. put 1 scoop into shaker, mix with the HL milk and shake.
tiao, become pink colour after shake, that’s strawberry flavour leh chee bye, why like this. KNN.
kiang kan lah!!! actually if strawberry I oso can accept one, but the problem now is, they using the wrong bottle.. so.. the expiry date printed on the bottle…? hmm..
I am going back to the shop to check with them this weekend. First time kena this type of kan tao, I oso never heard this type of cases before.. mahai… waste time only..

Today Putra LRT kiong kan again.
I don’t know what happened to putra lrt today, this is the second time that they were facing ‘technical problem’ yang tidak boleh dielakkan. The first time was at 8am (ppl rushing to work), and this is the second time starting 6pm (ppl rushing home).
Heng eh I reached home safely at 8pm.

Just paid RM450

Yes, I need to have RM450 in order to attend the convocation, if you don’t have RM450, sorry you can’t attend the ceremony because you can’t afford it.
Last time liao.. sure suck gao gao lah!!
*RM200 of RM450 is for gown deposit
