Suddenly, just now after dinner with Kanneneh (hmm.. this name appeared again), I feel like wanted to eat bread, dunno why like still not full, so I bought some bread, and just finished the sandwich.

This prince cafe at ss2 is a new new cafe that open couple of days ago. Another new Hong Kong style cafe. Located at Jln ss2/67… neh… that shops, last time is Big A supermarket one, but Big A supermarket cap lap about 2 years ago, and the Maybank there oso moved already… so there’s a few vacant shoplot…
Eh.. the review here is not advertise for them, just some of my own opinion, it’s not an accurate review too cos I will only write wad I eat…
And now, there’s two restaurant open at those shoplot there, one is this Prince Cafe, another is I forgot mi lan jiao name already, havent open, still renovating, I think boi hu open during this world cup period.
That day Saturday, Kanneneh sim su gao (heart problem deep), he was staying at my house for whole day, lunch time I went to eat bak kut teh with him, then dinner he said feel like wanna eat kfc, no problem, kfc oso my favourite although I dun eat skin, I like to lick only.. Dun misunderstand, I actually like kfc chicken skin beri much, but hor, very fat lah if u wan me to eat the skin, thats why everytime I go eat kfc oso lun, dun wan eat skin, sometimes give my frens eat, dun waste. And that day I oso feel like wanna eat kfc cos I like the fish burger oso, that one really not bad, big enough, really can full one.

This Prince Cafe (just beside kfc mah), chinese called 太子 (sounds like a bit 三太子). Yesterday (Saturday) I went there, really crowded, that time only 6pm+, still early for dinner time, but already many ppls there, of course, one reason because it’s new…
Great interior design, nice decoration, everything is great, the environment really boi tik hiam already.
Got at least two big screen there, nice one.
Somemore got world cup table there, got write results one, so if u dunno results u can drive or walk there see the results, no need buy Sin Chew Jit Poh. But special lar, although it’s not really useful but I like it.
But, a bit disappointed when I look at their menu…
Still, Ji Si Kok Fan (chop rice with cheese)! KNN! why every Hong Kong style restaurant MUST put the Ji Si Kok Fan at the first page leh? Wong Kok, Kimgary, as long as the restaurant got Ji Si Kok Fan, they sure put at the first page, lan eh.. Hong Kong got no other food liao meh? And the foods in the menu, I think is 90% same as Wong Kok (even the price).
I wish I can see something special once I open the menu… like cheese nasi lemak & dry cheese asam laksa.. kekeke.
Okay lar, so I order cheese chicken chop rice (curry sauce.. this one a bit special la)… while Kanneneh order a cheese pork chop rice (italian sauce).

Surprisingly I found there’s a ‘荷叶’ at the bottom, good one.
For drinks, I order “banana freeze” (yes, anything about banana), got a bit honey and apple smell… hmm why got apple smell one, I think must be blender not clean.. kekeke.

Environment: 4/5 (IMO the only drawback is too many corners)

Overall, the food is okay, not bad, the environment and design is good, so most probably I will go second time to try out others, and I oso wanna see wad they will write on the black board after world cup is ended.

I went back Penang last week. Remember? the wesak day, long holidays, I went back Penang.
Again, I go to eat this Char Kuay Tiao in Bukit Mertajam (BM), at 11.30pm with CK. Char Kuay Tiao usually is chinese ppl char one, but this one special abit, it’s by Malay, a stall near to the BM pasar. Not cheap at all, I think is RM2.50.

Very nice Char Kuay Tiao, even the chinese one oso cannot come with them. Look at the pic, it’s very muddy, but the taste is very delicious, but of course, very heaty too. And, no tu bak and tu yiu one, no worries, cos it’s char by Malay, sure is halal.
After came back KL, Wednesday 17/5 is Albert birthday, so we go Shogan eat. Shogan, or chinese name called 将军. It’s a Japanese style buffet, located in 1 Utama, new wing, 2nd Floor. It’s actually a branch of Saisaki, RM48, after the knn tax is RM55 per pax.
I don’t know why Albert cannot eat anymore, eat two plate only he told me he fulled already, waste money only. I eat a lot that nite.

And came to this restaurant… ‘The Noodle Room’ in Hilton hotel, KL Sentral (very near to my office actually). This is my second time here..
Very special noodle house as u can mix with stuff yourself, the type of soup, the noodle, the vege etc.
The Tom Yam noodle I ordered… slurppp~ nice flavoured!
But this one kill throat, 6 ppls eat RM476+, around RM80 per pax, knn, eat noodle only leh!! but we oso got ordered some deserts and side order lah.. :P most important is I oso eat free :PP

I went to watch Erection Election 2 last friday nite 28 April 06. I dunno how to describe the movie, you wanna say good it is not very good, u wanna say no good it’s like very good, diao!
After bought the movie tickets, I went to this restaurant dinner first. This restaurant called Dragon-i Restaurant, the english name sounds like dragon oso know how to play Internet like that. Chinese called 龙的传人 ~ 上海拉面小笼包. Located in 2nd floor of New Wing, 1 Utama.
I have to Q first, cos full. So I Q there for about 10 minutes before got table for me. Very good business, maybe is friday nite.
I can see they invested quite a lot in their interior design… really not bad…
Got 兵马俑 somemore. And got a well designed menu too.
Since their chio pai put 拉面 and 小笼包, I think must be very nice one.. so I ordered this two.
I ordered a 炸酱拉面 and 上海小笼包.
Okay, the noodle… honestly… so-so only, not special at all.. I feel that the noodle is better than the meat… the portion is small (for me)… @ RM12
And the bao… this one is worst, like newbie do one, I can only taste the saltness… other than that.. nothing liao.. seriously… the juice inside oso tasteless… this type of quality… everywhere oso got… @ RM8
However… like me this type of p’ng tang, have to eat rice la… so I ordered a 烟三文鱼炒饭 (Smoke salmon fried rice).
Hmm.. this one taste okay, but oso… doesnt impress me… the taste is acceptable… just like the normal one you can eat at any chinese restaurant… @ RM12
Finally… the best one is the drink lah…
This 冬瓜龙眼海底椰… @ RM4. But hor… I dun like this type of cup la… spoilt the fucking feel only… not compatible to the shop at all… the shop is like so ‘china feel’ but suddenly come out this plastic cup.. for me 海底椰 must put in the bowl one… put in this plastic cup… kiang kan la… even PJ ss2 wai sek gai… stall no.50, their 海底椰 oso put in bowl already.
And of course… the fucking towel… cost me RM1. I forgot to take the photo… since it’s the first time.. so I din return it back. For two person… total RM50.60 for the dinner.

Went to this “Yen 100″ shop in ss2 few days ago. Whole shop selling Japanese stuff one, only the staff not Japanese.
Actually just wanna go inside walk walk, see the gu gu guai guai stuff. But then I saw this one, Yan Yan, like very long time never eat already, I remember last time when Lolli talked about yan yan, I oso dunno wads that, cos I really forgot already cos too long never eat this type of thing.. (the name yan yan just sounds like those 1 box 1 box biscuit with a small toy inside like yoyo… tora…hahaha)
I remember I eat a lot this yan yan when I small, father always bought, but not Meiji brand one, dunno wad local brand already.
So I bought a chocolate flavour one (I hate strawberry already).
It’s not cheap, RM2.20 for a cup of yan yan. I thought is like around 1 buck only.
Open up, yes, I bought the correct one, is chocolate flavour one, not strawberry, so I no need back to the shop to change.
I think original Meiji’s yan yan got “Elephant Jumbo” word on it…??

Went to this “ISLAND CAFE” two days ago, chinese name call “吹吹水咖啡站”, in ss2/61, PJ. Actually I went to this restaurant few times before, it just open about few months back, previously the shop is “金饭碗” one, a chinese restaurant, but cannot tahan cos it looks like too high class already, I oso not dare enter the shop makan, even the jio pai (signboard) oso got a mastercard logo big big, like telling u “not enough cash can pay by card, cos the food here is beri expensive one ok?”.
Everytime I go Island Cafe, sure I will order their Tomyam one, not their Tomyam very best, but is the fact that I personally love Tomyam (and asam laksa too).
This Seafood Tomyam Soup @ RM8.00, taste good, got sotong, prawn, etc. I give this 4/5, but little portion only.
Another one, a chee bye one, bcos of this, my sorethroat come back again… Pattaya Fried Rice (Chicken) @ RM7.00, taste delicious… give this 4/5 too, for those who dun scared of heaty food, can try this.
Hmm.. this one, Curry Rice (Chicken) @ RM5.80, the rice like havent cook, a bit hard, but still acceptable, and the curry oso, very indian style (cos a lot of kali hung I think). But… kok oi jip cui lar.. I give this 3/5.
For drink, I only ordered Apple + Orange juice @ RM4.50, nice, quite pure one, got a lot of other nice drinks actually, like tea, milk, choc, coffee etc etc..
Since the shop is at kak tao keng, so quite spacey oso, sit inside got aircond, sit outside got fan and smoke.
Even the path to toilet oso nicely decorated.

I was in Ikano Power Center last weekend, Saturday Sunday oso went there, cos got something to do. So I had my dinner there.
Saturday 11 March 06 I went to this Absolute Thai restaurant @ G floor. Hmm.. first time.
From the outside like very big like that, but when you go in, the restaurant actually very small only, business good a bit only already no seat.
I like restaurant with this type of design, clear, you can check out their variety and price b4 step in the shop, very informative for those poor man like me

I ordered a Thai Chicken Rice, RM12.90, rated 4/5.
Looks nice, taste delicious too.. but chicken very small portion only.. I should tell them I prefer a chicken breast instead.. forgot
Come to Thai restaurant, sure must try their Tom Yam, so I ordered a Tom Yam Seafood as well @ RM14.00 rated 1.5/5.
Chee bye, this Tom Yam Seafood quite disappointed me, I expect more than this with a RM14.00 Tom Yam Seafood.. :( But only 2 sotong kia and 2 little prawn.. I can get MORE than this in Malay cook with only RM4. The taste isn’t special too, not ‘thai’ enough, just very normal kind of tom yam which you can eat anywhere, even Secret Recipe one taste better than this Thai restaurant.
Besides, I also ordered a Eau Clair mineral water, RM3, plus a white rice RM2.50. Spent RM37.26 for this dinner. You can have all these with less than RM10 outside.
Sunday 12 March 06, I come to this Big Ben’s restaurant, at Ikano LG floor.
Too sad cos I was too hungry, so I makan once the food served, so I forgot to snap any photo.
I order this Norweigian Salmon Steak for RM15.90, taste good but a lot of fish bone, I hate fish with plenty of bones, so I give this 3.5/5.

While my girl friend ordered a Seafood Hor Fun @ RM12.90, hmmm…. taste like self cook wat tan hor, no special, even the hor fun oso like never fried, not nice, I give this 1/5.

Last Friday 24 Feb 2006 I went to the Penang Street kopitiam makan. It’s located in ss2, PJ, same row with Murni (famous mamak).. I like their interior design, but their food is not special, but, worth a try too lar.
I order a Penang laksa (so called asam laksa in KL), nasi lemak ayam, and a curry ayam with bun. I forgot the exact name and price, cos the receipt is not with me now, I think I left it at home, I am now blogging in the office again LOL.
I like this, my hometown got a lot this type of building.. but this one is a mock only
My all time favourite, Penang laksa, I give this 4/5, cos really got Penang style, not expensive.. I think RM4.50 or RM4.90.. forgot… but much cheaper than Uncle Lim one… I like it because their fish is mi mi one, not 1 piece 1 piece like that :P
The curry chicken and the bun, hmm.. I give only 2.5/5 for this, the chicken taste no special
